First of all, hello! Either new client or old, welcome to my new commission information page, which I hope will be able to stand the test of time! Terms of Service
1. I retain the right to refuse any orders I wish, for any reason.
2. I do not do refunds; you do not pay until I start working on your commission, so please cancel before you receive a sketch.
3. I require payment at the sketch stage from now on
4. After getting the go ahead at the sketch stage, further changes will be charged by the hour. I will give you a quote before doing any changes.
5. Bribes will not be accepted to push you towards the front. My "front" is negligible!
6. If you are looking for something that I am not offering in these pages, such as large freelance projects, templated pets, icons, badges, model sheets or animations, please email me at shimoyoart@hotmail.com. Quotes are available.
7. NEW: Only one order per slot, you can double up on slots but no doubling up on orders.
8. You can only commission a new ITNOTM character once every three months, and they must be paid in full (as in, the 250 charge) before commissioning a new char, unless you are ICly forfeiting the first character's growth.

General Information
I am comfortable in most styles, from anime to children's book illustrations. I have also been trained to draw on model, and can match styles as well. I will not match styles of unprofessional artists (as in, I will draw in FMA style, but not in Shilin's style) as that is legally squicky. As for what I am willing to draw, I am fairly comfortable trying anything, though be warned anything gore, terrifying, scary or dark may not turn out as chilling as you wish; I have absolutely no problem with any of these things, but my style is fairly light and fluffy kittens and I tend to try to make dark things appealing.
If it is illegal, I won't draw it.
Getting a Commission
ITNOTM Rules: Even if you receive a slot from me, you still have to work with the shop as to what is allowable regarding name, attacks, personality, etc. I will be working with you to make sure that the art rules are mostly kept in line.
You MUST have the payment available when you win the slot, and will have until I send you the sketch stage to send the payment to shimoyoart@hotmail.com. If payment is tardy, or you find yourself in dire straights, please let me know what is going on, and we may be able to come to an accord.
Regular Commission Information
These quotes are for full bodies; I do not do half bodies or 3/4 images, but you can contact me a quote on busts!
Sketches-- $10
Digital or Pencil; Additional characters $5, background $1
Colour/Cell shading -- $40 (digital only)
Additional characters $10 per/backgrounds from $30+
Additional characters $10 per/backgrounds from $50+

Chibis-- $30 per (digital only)
Additional characters @ original price/No bgs
***Animations need to be price quoted on a person by person basis
In the Name of the Moon Commissions
Alts, AUs, busts and anything else Sailor Moon related goes here.
Bust Commissions -- $35 per head
Can be purchased for non IC characters too, quests, or for journals!
Custom Civilians-- $80
Not on template, must be submitted for approval before RPing, but we will work with you if there are problems!
This is the ONLY civilian slot that can be bought without an existing character.
ITNOTM Alt Character Art-- $60 if design does not change/$85 if design changes
This can be IC or AU (but AU art cannot be used in the shop-- you can't suddenly have your character change outfit designs or hair colours without consent from RP staff-- though you can try to get consent of course!)
-Fourth Stage OOC arts are $100 per character.
Senshi/Negaverse/DMC/Knights Characters-- $250 for all three stages
-You may pay $85 per stage but it is a payment plan NOT a single stage price.
-You cannot get another artist to pick up your growth for gaian gold after purchasing a single stage from me, you are buying all three stages from me but paying in a payment plan.
-paying all up front will get all of your art at once
-You may pay for the remaining stages whenever you feel like it, and upon receiving payment your next stage will be completed, regardless of RP standing.
-You must fill RP requirements in game before ICly growing to the next stage, whether you have the art or not.
-You do not have to grab another raffle slot in order for your character to grow! Just notify me when you are ready if you are paying by stage.
-There are outfit and weapon design guidelines that must be met in order to fall in to the Senshi or Negaverse grouping. If you are unclear of any rules, please contact me at any time.
***CIVILIAN UPGRADES: Please send me the RPs you have completed as per the shop rules-- you may be in for a discount!
***ANYTHING ELSE: Please email me for a quote regarding corruption, purification plots or anything else you want to do that's not covered by the base factions.
Cats-- $200
Cat stage IC only until hitting the eternal/general requirements. Good or evil cats needed!
Cats are limited to 1 per person

-I AM TRYING TO PURCHASE A CINTIQ AND ONLY NEED $500 TO PAY FOR IT. All commissions are on hold as my office is currently infested with mice, so all of the work I have in progress right now is on hold until I can grab a cintiq for my home office. As soon as I get the cintiq I will be racing through my short to do list (I was SO CLOSE to finishing it off) and these new orders. All waiting commissions and new commissions from here will be
